NCCH CEO and former Chair of Community Housing Industry Association NSW, John McKenna spoke to PRIME7 News North Coast about the lack of housing in our region and welcomes the Community Land Trust initiative from Byron Shire Council.
Community Land Trusts are private, non-profit entities that hold title to property for the dual purposes of providing affordable housing and benefiting the local community 🏘
