Priority Assistance shopping services provided by supermarkets during COVID-19 crisis

To ensure that the most vulnerable members of our community have access to everyday essential grocery items, a number of supermarkets are now providing Priority Assistance shopping services:

Woolworths will be providing a Priority Assistance service with dedicated delivery windows for vulnerable eligible customers including seniors, people with a disability and those with compromised immunity or who are required to self-isolate. Coles is offering its Coles Online Priority Service (COPS) which provides services to eligible COPS customers and offer their Online Home Delivery and Click & Collect services, as well as the Coles Community Box.  For more information, click here to visit their website.

IGA is offering eligible customers its IGA Priority Shop service with a choice of four different package options from which customers can choose.
