How is NCCH operating during the COVID-19 pandemic?
NCCH has made the decision to close all of our reception areas to walk-in customers and instead we will be conducting all face-to-face enquiries, at all offices, by appointment only.
If you are unwell at the time of your appointment, your enquiry will need to be dealt with over the phone.
When you come in for your meeting, social distancing measures will be in place and the meeting will be kept as short as possible.

What should I do if my income has been impacted by COVID-19?
If your income has been affected in any way by the current COVID-19 pandemic, please get in touch with us so we can review your rent and reduce it to an affordable amount.
What should if my work hours are reduced or I lose my employment?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss the options available to support you.
Can I still make rent payments?
Yes. It is vital that you continue to make rental payments to NCCH to sustain your tenancy. You can make payments via Centrepay, direct debit from your bank, money order from the post office or via internet banking. If you have any questions, please phone our office.
Does the Commonwealth Stimulus package of $750 count as income?
No. The $750 stimulus is a one-off payment and NCCH will not be assessing this as part of your income.
Does the increase of the Jobseeker payment count as income?
No. The $550 increase to the Jobseeker payment will not be taken into account as income.
What should I do if I need a repair?
At this time we are only responding to urgent or emergency maintenance repairs.
To report a repair phone (02) 6627 5300 and press 1 to speak with our maintenance team.
If your call goes to voicemail please leave your name, address and phone number with a brief message and we will return your call.
What can I do to stop the spread of the virus?
Follow the current advice from Health NSW:
- Making sure to clean your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub
- Cover your nose and mouth when coughing and sneezing with tissue or a flexed elbow
- Avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms.
- Make sure you stay home if you are sick.
