WELCOME TO NORTH COAST COMMUNITY HOUSING
Providing homes, Improving lives, Strengthening communities
The recent floods have had a devastating effect on our community including destroying our Molesworth Street office in Lismore. We are trying to find alternative office space and will let you know where we will be operating from as soon as we know. Until then, our teams continue to operate remotely from Recovery Centres, Southern Cross University Business Hub or where you need us to be.
The Tweed and Grafton offices are operating as per normal with all Lismore office phone calls being re-directed to Tweed Heads. Our database has just been restored, so our teams will be working their way through your requests and will get back to you as soon as they can, but please be patient. Our priority at the moment, is connecting with our flood impacted tenants so if your enquiry is not flood related, our response may take a little longer. NCCH has about 115 NCCH properties impacted from Murwillumbah, to Mullumbimby to Ballina, Maclean, Woodburn and of course, Lismore. The priority for our teams are assessing flood damage, conducting tenant checks and re-housing where possible.
